Many companies offer Childcare Vouchers (CCV) and many employees are not aware of it. It is a scheme where the cost of childcare is deducted from your salary before you pay Tax and National Insurance. This means that you pay less of both which in effect is reducing the cost of your children’s tuition. The amount you save is based on your salary, but it could be up to 40%. Speak to your HR department at work to see if they offer this scheme.
